1. Service Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable for prepaid plans or installation charges if the service cannot be provided due to technical limitations in your area.

  • Once the service is successfully installed and activated, no refunds will be issued for usage or subscription fees.

  • If the service is interrupted due to FiberN network issues for more than 72 consecutive hours, partial credit or compensation may be applied to your next billing cycle.

2. Installation and Equipment

  • Installation fees are non-refundable once the installation process has started.

  • Equipment provided by FiberN (routers, modems, etc.) must be returned in good condition within 7 days of service cancellation to avoid additional charges.

3. Cancellation Before Activation

  • Customers who cancel their order before service activation may receive a full refund, excluding administrative or processing charges if applicable.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days after approval.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.
